If you have any issues with an item then in the first instance please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you are having trouble with. Please do not post anything back to us without contacting us first. We will respond within 48 hours of your query and endeavour to resolve your issue satisfactorily. If a part or full refund can not be justified then a replacement may be offered. However, simply stating that the product doesn't taste or look good will not be a valid reason for complaint as all of our products are of the best quality and thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. All product descriptions are accurate and no products can be reused or resold.


We can ship to virtually any address in the UK. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail First Class. Once the orders are dispatched we have not control over delivery times and dates.
